Prepare Canadian personal tax returns with Raymond James as a seasonal Tax Associate supporting clients during March and April. Use CCH Tax Prep and CRA tools.
Raymond James Ltd. is seeking seasonal Tax Associates for a one to two month contract during high volume periods. You will prepare Personal T1 returns for investment clients with accuracy and timeliness. The work includes gathering information, maintaining electronic files, and communicating with clients or Financial Advisors.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare personal T1 tax returns for investment clients
- Gather information from clients, CRA portals, and internal reports
- Create electronic working paper files for senior review
- Request missing information from clients and Financial Advisors
- Respond to tax return email enquiries
- Work toward or complete a post-secondary degree
- Recent Canadian personal T1 tax preparation experience
- Experience with CCH Tax Prep and CRA Represent a Client
- Experience with Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
- Manage deadlines, service, detail, and professional communication
Apply Canadian tax preparation, client communication, and detailed documentation skills supporting Raymond James investment clients during peak season.
