Senior Financial Reporting Accounting Analyst

Lead monthly accounting close, variance reporting, and reconciliations as a Senior Corporate Accounting Analyst supporting financial reporting accuracy.
At Bosch Building Technologies North America, this senior analyst supports corporate accounting across monthly entries, cost allocations, and reporting. Responsibilities include balance sheet and income statement analysis, audit preparation, payroll tax reporting, and internal control procedures. The position also assists with department accounting tasks and new initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare monthly entries and complete accounting close activities
Analyze assigned balance sheet and income statement variances
Deliver internal, external, monthly, and year-end reporting
Prepare payroll tax reports for audits and government requirements
Support accounting for new initiatives and ad hoc projects
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, or two years' experience
Strong general ledger and reconciliation knowledge
Construction industry experience
Excellent analytical, communication, and customer service skills
Process improvement experience and willingness to learn new skills
