Lead Canadian and US expatriate tax engagements at EY, applying personal taxation expertise and sound judgment to cross-border matters. Manage client delivery and people leadership.
As a Manager in EY’s People Advisory Services Mobility practice, you will support multinational employers and internationally mobile individuals. Your work spans Canadian and US tax compliance, advisory solutions, complex personal returns, client relationships, and engagement economics. You will also coach junior tax professionals.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead Canadian and US expatriate tax engagements
- Review complex personal income tax returns and deliverables
- Advise clients on cross-border employment and compensation matters
- Manage budgets, schedules, timelines, and engagement economics
- Coach Senior Tax Staff and Tax Staff
- Canadian or US personal taxation foundation
- Experience with expatriate or global mobility tax matters
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- CPA, Enrolled Agent, or relevant tax designation
- Several years of relevant taxation experience
