Junior Accounts Payable Accountant

Process accurate accounts payable transactions as a Junior Accountant at Appnovation, using Excel and analytical skills. Support timely supplier payments and financial administration.

Reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager, you will support Appnovation’s day-to-day financial operations. The work includes vendor bills, employee expenses, reconciliations, credit card statements, and supplier inquiries. You will also help maintain financial records and resolve discrepancies.

• Process vendor bills and employee expenses accurately
• Resolve discrepancies and respond to supplier inquiries
• Reconcile vendor and credit card statements
• Maintain and update the vendor master file
• Support year-end audit preparation and additional projects

• College or university graduate in Accounting
• One to two years of relevant experience is an asset
• Proficiency in Excel
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Salesforce or Certinia experience is an asset
