National Tax Services Manager

Advance national tax practice standards from Vancouver with MNP, applying technical expertise, tax research, and training development across Canada.

As Manager, National Tax Services, you will support MNP’s Tax practice through internal advisory work and coordinated learning initiatives. The position emphasizes domestic tax compliance, tax reorganizations, technical communication, and practice tools. You will also guide team members through feedback, coaching, and performance reviews.

• Develop firm standards, processes, and tools for tax service delivery
• Maintain tax templates reflecting the latest tax updates
• Create training materials and practice aids for firm standards
• Research legislation and draft internal and external publications
• Coach team members through development and performance reviews

• Complete levels one and two of the In-Depth Tax Program
• Four to five years of public accounting tax experience
• Prepare and review domestic tax compliance work
• Experience implementing tax reorganizations
• Proven people management, relationship building, and leadership skills
