Corporate Tax Manager

Lead corporate tax compliance and financial reporting on a 12-month contract supporting a complex, multi-entity real estate organization.
The Manager, Tax works within a collaborative Finance team at a successful North American property company headquartered in downtown Vancouver. This hands-on assignment may extend to 16 months and covers returns, reconciliations, tax provisions, and reporting. Real estate taxation experience is an asset.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare tax provisions and estimates for corporate reporting
- Maintain reconciliations and investigate tax-accounting differences
- Complete corporate and partnership returns, elections, and filings
- Assist with investor-related tax matters and tax research
- Support tax and accounting projects across multiple entities
- Professional accounting designation with five years’ progressive experience
- Experience in public practice or in-house tax
- Strong corporate compliance, provisions, and reporting foundation
- Advanced Excel and Word capability
- Highly organized, analytical, and deadline-focused approach
