About the RoleAs a CBRE Receptionist, you will perform administrative tasks for a department or office, greet visitors, answer calls, set up meeting rooms, and support other duties. This role is part of the Workplace Experience function, responsible for delivering world‑class customer service to clients and visitors of a designated building.
What You’ll Do- Greet clients, applicants, and visitors upon arrival; issue visitor passes and parking validations; follow security protocols.
- Schedule and prepare meeting and conference rooms, including room setup, catering orders, and technology. Request building and housekeeping services as needed.
- Perform general clerical duties: distribute office faxes and packages, order office supplies.
- Track incoming and outgoing packages, mail, and freight; arrange messenger service and hospitality services (transportation, tickets, reservations).
- Coordinate with team members and external suppliers via Microsoft Teams.
- Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems with limited discretion.
- Deliver output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision.
- High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job‑related experience.
- Ability to follow basic work routines and standards.
- Communication skills for exchanging straightforward information.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
- Basic math skills: ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups.
The salary range for this Receptionist position is $47,000–$54,000 annually, based on education, training, and experience. Additional benefits include Group Retirement Program, Medical, Dental and Vision coverage, Life Insurance and more.
