TRS Staffing Solutions has an exciting opportunity for an Administrative Assistant to join our client’s team. Our client is an industry leader that has successfully performed a variety of large-scale major infrastructure projects across Canada. This role is responsible for ensuring operational support through strategic coordination, resource alignment, and timely execution of key administrative functions.

Job Duties & Responsibilities
  • Organize travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
  • Support planning and execution of offsite events, workshops, and team-building activities.
  • Facilitate team meetings by preparing agendas, capturing minutes, and tracking follow-ups.
  • Serve as a liaison for internal and external communications, handling inquiries with professionalism and discretion.
  • Assist in the creation and formatting of presentations, reports, and meeting materials.
  • Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and ensure seamless scheduling across teams and stakeholders.
  • Preform additional tasks as required.
  • Requirements
  • Diploma or certificate in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an administrative support role.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and PDF tools.
  • Flexibility to occasionally support after-hours or weekend commitments when required.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to build strong working relationships across departments.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive, solution-focused approach.
  • Comfortable working under pressure and adapting to shifting priorities.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information.
