Most law firms have stayed extremely busy throughout 2020 and into 2021; they now have openings for receptionists, office administration team positions, and other essential office positions. The daily duties vary, depending on the position.

Our clients are looking for people to hire who:

• Have strong English skills (both written and oral)
• Take instructions well and are interested in learning;
• Beginner Job duties can include stocking supplies, handling incoming and outgoing deliveries, answering phones and relaying or forwarding messages, updating contact lists, filing paper and digital documents, as well as handling bank deposits or deliveries. Some positions also involve scanning and preparing correspondence as well as documentation. Some duties might also involve some recycling and light kitchen duties.
