TRS Staffing Solutions has an exciting opportunity for a Site Health & Safety Administrator to support our clients’ team. This is an on‑site position that will play a key part in maintaining the integrity of safety data, supporting reporting processes, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Job Duties & Responsibilities
  • Assist with compiling safety performance metrics for senior stakeholders
  • Maintain and update health & safety information across internal systems with a high degree of accuracy
  • Provide administrative support in the development and maintenance of safety procedures
  • Identify inconsistencies in data and proactively raise concerns
  • Contribute to audit readiness by ensuring documentation is current and compliant
  • Support the collection, validation, and organization of safety‑related data
  • Ensure all data handling aligns with privacy and compliance standards
  • Assist in preparing internal reports and dashboards for leadership review
  • Record and track incident reports, ensuring proper documentation and data completeness
  • Perform additional duties as needed
Requirements
  • Knowledge of health & safety practices within industrial, construction, or similar environments
  • Post‑secondary education in Health & Safety or a related field
  • Ability to follow structured procedures while identifying opportunities for process improvement
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
  • Understanding of document control processes and data management best practices
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, Word, and Power Point
  • Experience with HSE systems (e.g., incident management, LMS, PTW systems) is preferred
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to ask questions, clarify expectations, and share insights
  • Proven ability to manage, validate, and maintain large volumes of data accurately
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills
