Your role ensures seamless office functionality and vibrant workplace initiatives.
This position reports directly to the Executive Assistant, focusing on multiple office locations in Vancouver, Calgary, and Seattle. You will plan and execute workplace projects while coordinating vendors and managing logistics to enhance Tundra’s office atmosphere. A physical presence in the Vancouver office 4-5 days a week is required to deliver outstanding support to Associates and leadership as they thrive in their roles.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate office renovations and improvements efficiently
• Manage inventory of office supplies and furniture
• Oversee internal events and Associate hospitality engagements
• Ensure proper setup and organization of work spaces
• Conduct upkeep of overall office cleanliness and presentation
Requirements:
• Background in office management, facilities, or administrative support
• High level of organization and attention to detail
• Proactive problem solver with a focus on results
• Effective communicator and relationship builder
• Adaptable in dynamic work environments
