Reporting to Human Resources, you’ll be the first point of contact for visitors, ensuring a welcoming environment. Your responsibilities will include various administrative tasks that support multiple departments. This role demands efficiency, communication skills, and a proactive approach to office management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage visitor sign-ins and direct inquiries appropriately
• Answer incoming calls and log client requests
• Oversee mail services and maintain security access records
• Organize office supplies and assist with event coordination
• Provide backup support for the Office Services Coordinator
Requirements:
• High school diploma required; some post-secondary education preferred
• Previous administrative or office experience desirable
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Can-do attitude and willingness to learn
