Join BGO’s Vancouver team as a Receptionist and Facilities Coordinator. This full-time role merges guest services with administrative support, offering a chance to positively impact office operations.
As a crucial point of contact, you will manage reception duties and facilitate office logistics. Working in a fast-paced environment, you will report to the VP of Operational Excellence while ensuring the overall organization and cleanliness of shared spaces.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage front-desk reception and visitor greetings
• Handle all incoming and outgoing mail services
• Order and manage office and kitchen supplies
• Oversee office equipment maintenance and repairs
• Organize office moves and seating arrangements
Requirements:
• 3+ years in office administration
• 1+ year in facilities management or related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Police clearance mandatory
