This one-year maternity cover position requires a proactive and organized Executive Assistant. You will manage an intricate executive calendar, prioritize communications, and coordinate crucial meeting materials.
Your role is vital in enabling the CEO to focus on critical organizational strategies and relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Proactively manage the CEO’s executive calendar and commitments
• Exercise judgment in evaluating scheduling requests
• Draft and prioritize the CEO's correspondence
• Coordinate meeting materials, agendas, and presentations
• Serve as a liaison to Board members and key stakeholders
Requirements:
• Minimum 5-7 years supporting senior executives
• Expertise managing complex calendars and communications
• Ability to exercise independent judgment
• Experience with Boards of Directors is an asset
• Degree in Business Administration or similar
