Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the Fire Chief’s schedule and appointments
• Draft and triage confidential communications
• Organize and document committee meetings

Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in senior administration
• Comprehensive knowledge of office practices
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
