You will bring 2–3 years of Administrative Assistant experience to Ledcor’s Corporate Head Office. This role requires providing excellent reception desk coverage and administrative support to the Office Services group. Your commitment to customer service and ability to work collaboratively will contribute to office efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide daily reception desk coverage and greet all visitors
• Perform administrative duties for the Office Services team
• Answer phones, transfer calls, and coordinate mail
• Maintain cleanliness and inventory of common office areas
• Assist in booking meetings and notifying guests
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years in a similar administrative role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Friendly and professional demeanor
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Familiarity with MS Office applications
