As a Program Assistant, you will be at the frontline of our training programs, acting as the primary contact for participants and clients. Your responsibilities will include coordinating courses, maintaining supplies, and processing administrative tasks efficiently. A self-motivated individual will thrive in this role, where minimal supervision allows for independent decision-making and accountability.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and assist in training program delivery
• Organize class schedules and communication with instructors
• Manage equipment and training materials preparation
• Process course-related documentation and financial tasks
• Help in maintaining marketing materials for programs
Requirements:
• High school diploma required
• At least 1 year in administrative support
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools
• Fluent in English, additional language skills are beneficial
• Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities
