Gowling WLG is on the lookout for a Billing Coordinator to support our team with a strong foundation in billing processes. Bringing three to five years of relevant experience, you will manage billing tasks across various platforms, ensuring compliance and efficiency. You'll also engage with both clients and internal teams to resolve billing inquiries professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare pre-bills and bills while correcting entries

• Ensure compliance with required billing formats

• Track and maintain billing reports monthly

• Answer queries from staff and clients regarding billing

• Complete administrative tasks including filing and correspondence

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of billing experience, preferably in law

• Excellent knowledge of accounting principles

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Experience with Aderant and Expert Billing is a plus

• Ability to communicate effectively and work independently
