Become a key player at MSALABS as a Purchasing & Administrative Assistant for a 3-month position. Engage in extensive office support while coordinating purchasing tasks that drive our operations.
This role is designed for a highly organized candidate who will manage essential administrative duties like data entry and communication management. Responsibilities include generating purchase orders, tracking deliveries, and maintaining an organized office environment. Exceptional customer service skills are crucial for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create purchase orders and establish supplier relationships
• Handle administrative tasks like filing and photocopying
• Respond to incoming calls and greet visitors
• Organize freight quotes and shipments when needed
• Update office inventory and supplies regularly
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Purchasing
• Familiarity with Accpac and/or Agile 365 beneficial
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office
• Excellent attention to detail and multitasking ability
• Proficiency in French considered an asset
Utilize your administrative and purchasing skills to support MSALABS' office operations.
