Join CMHA as a Strategic Executive Assistant to the CEO, providing essential support in a vibrant organizational setting.
Your role will enhance executive effectiveness through exceptional management skills.
In this one-year term position, your expertise will directly impact the CEO's calendar and communications. You will proactively manage priorities, serving as a trusted advisor and liaison. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess a strong ability to navigate complex scheduling and stakeholder relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage an intricate executive calendar effectively
• Act as gatekeeper for CEO’s schedule
• Prioritize the CEO’s communications and emails
• Prepare and coordinate all necessary meeting materials
• Identify and address potential conflicts proactively
Requirements:
• 5-7 years executive support experience
• Extensive calendar and communications management skill
• Proficiency in engaging with Board members
• Understanding of non-profit or public sector dynamics
• Ability to work autonomously and effectively
