Responsibilities include greeting clients, managing phone communications, sorting mail, and supporting court preparation efforts. Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist office visitors
• Direct phone calls and messages promptly
• Process and distribute incoming mail and packages
• Organize reception and common spaces
• Aid in court document preparations and data entry
Requirements:
• 1–2 years of experience in an office setting preferred
• Administrative or legal assistant certification is a plus
• Strong communication skills in writing and speaking
• Ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal software
