Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome and assist visitors and doctors professionally
• Assist in the clinic assessment and intake processes
• Maintain medical supply inventory and office organization
• Process incoming mail and documents promptly
• Schedule tasks and maintain daily operations
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum one year of relevant experience preferred
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and work under pressure
