Become an essential part of UBC’s Department of Political Science as a Graduate Student Support 3, responsible for admissions and student services. This position entails various administrative and coordination tasks to optimize student support.

In this dynamic role, you will assist in the administration of the graduate program at the University of British Columbia. Your responsibilities will include supporting admissions, managing scholarships, and providing front-line assistance to students. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee graduate admissions and communicate with applicants

• Provide assistance on program policy and course registration

• Coordinate scholarship applications and award distributions

• Organize faculty assessments and graduate thesis preparations

• Maintain accurate administrative records and compliance

Requirements:

• Complete secondary education with a diploma or equivalent

• Minimum three years of related administrative work experience

• Strong problem-solving and customer service orientation

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

• Ability to handle sensitive inquiries with professionalism
