Position: UBC Clinic Secretary Role in Student Services
Contribute to student health support as a Clinic Secretary s role involves essential front desk operations, appointment bookings, and direct engagement with students in need.

This position reports to the Clinic Manager while supporting counselors and trainees. The role requires multitasking and addressing the needs of distressed students with care. Key tasks include managing records, providing excellent reception services, and assisting in administrative project coordination to ensure top-notch support for students at UBC.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and manage counseling appointments seamlessly

• Provide excellent customer service at the front desk

• Handle complex inquiries and implement solutions

• Organize and maintain office supplies and documents

• Engage in project tracking and communication initiatives

Requirements:

• High school diploma plus completed medical office training

• Three years of pertinent experience in health services

• Strong communication skills with attention to detail

• Proficient in database management and office software

• Ability to thrive in a high-traffic environment
