In this role, you will report directly to the Property Services Coordinator Supervisor, providing essential support across various functional areas. You'll organize manager meetings, coordinate client interactions, and ensure compliance with service delivery standards. Strong verbal and written communication skills are crucial, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and exposure to other software tools.
Key Responsibilities:
• Offer day-to-day functional support to the management team
• Document meeting minutes and action tracking updates
• Plan and coordinate external client meetings and travel
• Prepare project-specific communications and reports
• Ensure service delivery meets contractual obligations
Requirements:
• Community college diploma or equivalent training
• 1-3 years related work experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Required Security Clearance when applicable
