Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in administrative support for property management

• Coordinate maintenance requests and manage special projects

• Collaborate with Accounting for financial documentation

• Ensure activities align with compliance protocols

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of property documentation

Requirements:

• At least 2 years in administrative or similar roles

• Strong organizational and time-management focus

• Effective written and verbal communication abilities

• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM software

• Work on-site at the Delta location
