Keller Engineering is looking for a motivated Project Coordinator for its Vancouver office. You will play a pivotal role in supporting Branch and Team Managers through various tasks, including document management and invoicing. Your responsibilities will also include tracking project statuses and assisting in the preparation of detailed proposals and reports.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage project files using a standardized structure
• Communicate with clients for required documentation
• Assist in finalizing and formatting project reports
• Track project statuses and maintain databases
• Prepare proposals with Team Manager and Regional Directors
Requirements:
• Post-secondary diploma in project management or administration
• 1-3 years of relevant experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Highly organized with multitasking capabilities
