In this position, you will support the Directors of Sustainability & Engineering and Community Development & Transportation by anticipating scheduling conflicts and managing complex administrative tasks. Your attention to detail will enhance the smooth operation of the Directors’ offices while fostering collaboration across multiple campus locations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate complex schedules for Directors
• Manage meeting preparations and follow-up processes
• Oversee travel arrangements and expense documentation
• Support office organization and shared resources
• Assist with departmental projects and initiatives
Requirements:
• 5 years of related experience in administration required
• High School diploma and foundational admin skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong technical proficiency with office software
• Experience managing sensitive information with professionalism
