Become a vital part of our team as a temporary Office Manager, providing essential service from June 28 to August

This role requires an individual with previous office management experience and a commitment to customer satisfaction. You'll manage reception services, assist clients with their needs, and maintain an organized office space. Key Responsibilities:
• Greet clients and manage phone inquiries
• Keep office premises clean and organized
• Order supplies and generate service invoices
• Assist with client tasks such as printing or shipping
• Create and post advertisements for tenant recruitment
Requirements:
• Previous office management experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Availability to work on-site during office hours
