As the primary point of contact, you will manage visitor interactions, phone inquiries, and office supplies. Working closely with various departments, you’ll utilize your administrative skills to create an efficient and supportive environment for both staff and guests. Communication and organization are key to success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet visitors and facilitate sign-in procedures
• Route calls and manage client inquiries effectively
• Oversee mail and courier management
• Track office supplies and assist with meeting logistics
• Liaise with management regarding facility concerns
Requirements:
• High school diploma; preferred post-secondary education
• Experience in an office or administrative capacity
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized, proactive, and reliable with a positive attitude
