As part of the team from July 13 to October 16, 2026, you will handle complex inquiries, coordinate schedules, and aid in maintaining key systems for the Facilities department. Strong communication and multitasking abilities will be key to your success in this dynamic role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Liaise with visitors and manage front office communications
• Prepare staff schedules and track payroll hours
• Oversee purchase orders and invoice verification
• Maintain the master key system and electronic communication
• Track work requests and ensure timely follow-up
Requirements:
• High School graduation and one year post-secondary education
• Four years of related administrative experience
• Exceptional computer skills, especially with Microsoft Office
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills
• Discretion in handling confidential information
