Reporting to the New Business Manager, you will oversee the processing of new business applications and policy contracts while ensuring that inforce notices are distributed promptly. Your strong customer service skills and proficiency in organization will benefit interactions with life carriers and brokers significantly.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process business applications and policy contracts accurately
• Distribute inforce and new business notices promptly
• Build strong relationships with life carriers and brokers
• Review daily data feed reports for accuracy
• Provide general office support, including switchboard backup
Requirements:
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook
• Customer-focused with a service-oriented mindset
• Excellent organizational and listening skills
• Initiative-driven with a collaborative approach
• Knowledge of Wealthserv and Lifeguide software is an asset
