As a Coordinator, you will provide essential administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Your role includes coordinating onboarding activities, managing operational documentation, and tracking financial processes—all key to effective grant management. You'll work closely with team members to sustain efficient workflows and bolster community-focused initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operational tasks that support departmental workflows

• Maintain and update operational documentation and guides

• Assist with grant payment cycles and financial record keeping

• Conduct data quality checks on the grant systems

• Support the organization of departmental meetings and activities

Requirements:

• At least one year of experience in project coordination or administration

• Background in evaluating processes for improvement

• Experience with financial administration, budgeting, or invoicing

• Proficiency in project management tools

• Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite
