- Coordinate administrative processes for timely legal services
- Guide and support team members in daily operations
- Resolve issues and improve administrative workflows
- Foster an inclusive and respectful working environment
- Uphold equity in accessing legal services for clients
- Secondary school graduation or equivalent
- Four years of clerical experience in a legal environment
- Demonstrated leadership in team settings
- Experience working directly with the public
- Preference for post-secondary education in office administration
