Job Details
- Salary: 36.60 to 37.60 hourly (to be negotiated) / 30 hours per week

Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
Responsibilities- Review and evaluate new administrative procedures
- Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
- Co‑ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services
- Oversee and co‑coordinate office administrative procedures
- Act as liaison between staff and management around wellness issues
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for daily operations
- Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
- Public transportation is available
