Drive client confidence as a Claims Assistant in a supportive hybrid environment. Play an essential role in handling client documentation and requests while contributing to team success.
As a Claims Assistant, you'll provide key administrative support to the Claims team. Your responsibilities include managing emails, sorting incoming documentation, and preparing correspondence. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail will enable you to thrive in this fast-paced role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Screen and distribute emails to appropriate team members
• Sort, scan, and manage incoming mail and documentation
• Prepare and print correspondence for clients
• Conduct system searches to retrieve client information
• Communicate with clients to retrieve missing information
Requirements:
• 2–3 years of experience in customer service or administrative support
• Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented
• Ability to manage high-volume administrative tasks
• Hybrid work availability for 2 to 3 days a week
• Advanced English proficiency for client communications
