Key Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive support to senior leadership
• Manage scheduling conflicts and arrange meetings
• Prepare and proofread various business documents
• Organize electronic and physical filing systems
• Liaise with internal and external partners
Requirements:
• 5+ years prior experience in administrative roles
• Knowledge gained from real estate or property management
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
• Strong communication skills for stakeholder interaction
• Organizational skills with a focus on confidentiality
