As an experienced professional in law, you will enhance the Environmental, Indigenous and Regulatory Litigation (EIRL) group at Lawson Lundell's Vancouver office. Approximately 50% of your duties will be related to client billing, including time entry and expense reports preparation. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, thrives under pressure, and collaborates effectively with a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process time entry and client billing accurately
• Prepare legal documents and correspondence
• Manage file maintenance and client matters
• Oversee expense reporting and calendar management
• Liaise with team members and clients regarding case progress
Requirements:
• Legal Administrative Assistant certification required
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in litigation support
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite
• Strong organization and time management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
