This Document Printing & Shipping Clerk role requires a high school diploma and strong organizational skills. You will print business materials, verify document quality, and ensure secure packaging and shipment coordination. Previous experience in mailroom operations or administrative support is beneficial for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Print documents, letters, and invoices accurately
• Review and ensure quality of printed materials
• Fold and organize documents for mailing
• Label and prepare packages for shipment
• Maintain records of outgoing mail and shipments
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in printing or shipping preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Basic computer proficiency required
• Ability to lift packages up to 25 lbs
