This full-time role focuses on workforce scheduling and operational support within a community that values empowering individuals with disabilities. You will work with leaders to address staffing changes promptly and maintain reliable workplace operations. With your organizational skills, you will create a structured environment for both staff and those we serve.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate daily staffing schedules and adapt to changes
• Communicate important staffing information to coaches and leaders
• Respond to unplanned absences and operational needs
• Maintain accurate records of schedules and workforce data
• Foster strong relationships for operational efficiency
Requirements:
• Experience in staffing coordination or a similar role
• Background in healthcare or community service environments
• Highly organized and adept at managing priorities
• Clear communication and relationship-building skills
• Experience with scheduling software preferred
