In this key role, you will assist the Sales Manager and General Manager by managing inventory data and ensuring compliance with dealership processes. This position requires strong organizational skills to handle multiple responsibilities, including coordinating staff training and processing deals accurately. Your contributions will directly impact the success of the sales team and overall dealership operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support dealership processes and policies adherence
• Maintain accurate delivery schedules and inventory records
• Track and enter daily sales and traffic data
• Assist finance office in file completion
• Ensure compliance with training and licensing for staff
Requirements:
• Experience in administrative or dealership support roles
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Proficient with dealership software, especially One-Eighty
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills
• Ability to handle sensitive information securely
