This mid-level Unit Clerk II role is based at Scarborough Health Network and focuses on providing key clerical support across inpatient and outpatient services. Your primary duties will include managing patient communications, maintaining inventory, and coordinating workflow to ensure optimal patient care. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming patient and clinician calls efficiently

• Welcome patients and families, addressing their queries

• Monitor and replenish PPE inventory proactively

• Assist during emergency codes and manage patient transport

Requirements:

• Completion of Medical Office Administration Program

• Medical terminology certificate required (3-month time frame)
