In this pivotal role, the Executive Assistant will directly support the Executive Director and enhance LBN’s mission of providing mentoring for elementary students. You'll be responsible for donor communications, CRM maintenance, event coordination, and grant tracking, ensuring efficient operations in a small nonprofit setting. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, thriving in a dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support fundraising and donor communication efforts
• Manage CRM/database upkeep for effective tracking
• Coordinate meetings and prepare necessary documentation
• Assist in event planning for donor and community engagement
• Aid in tracking grants and ensuring timely reminders
Requirements:
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Proficiency with technology and administrative tools
• Experience in nonprofit or community service environments
• Excellent communication abilities with diverse stakeholders
• Flexibility for occasional evening and weekend work
