In this administrative role, you will support asset class sales operations. You'll handle deal documentation, ensuring compliance and accuracy, while preparing key marketing materials. This position requires coordination across departments and readiness to engage with clients, providing vital support across various phases of property sales.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage deal documentation and track transactions accurately
• Prepare client correspondence and market reports
• Schedule team meetings and property tours
• Develop marketing materials using In Design
• Liaise with vendors and coordinate property management tasks
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED with 2+ years of experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe products
• Strong organizational and advanced math skills
• Ability to communicate complex information clearly
• Experience in client-focused administrative roles
