About Us

Hudson Valley Farms is a well‑established, premium food company specialising in high‑quality poultry and specialty products, with operations in both Canada and the United States. As we expand our presence in Western Canada, we are building out our Vancouver office to support sales, logistics, and operations across the region.

Position Overview

We are looking for a reliable and organised Part‑Time Office Administrator to support the launch and day‑to‑day operations of our Vancouver office. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats and helping build something from the ground up.

You will work closely with leadership and the sales team to keep operations running smoothly and help support our growth on the West Coast.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide general administrative support for the Vancouver office
  • Manage emails, phone calls, and correspondence
  • Assist with order processing, invoicing, and basic bookkeeping tasks
  • Coordinate shipments, deliveries, and logistics with suppliers and customers
  • Maintain organised records, files, and documentation
  • Support scheduling, meetings, and internal communication
  • Assist with basic HR and onboarding paperwork as needed
  • Help set up and maintain office systems and procedures
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in an administrative or office support role
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and basic office systems
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Experience in food, logistics, or distribution is an asset but not required
Schedule & Compensation
  • Part‑time position (approximately 15–25 hours per week)
  • Flexible schedule (some in‑office presence required)
  • Competitive hourly wage based on experience
