In this role, you will work 32 hours per week, with a focus on supporting Indigenous youth through administrative duties. You will interact with youth, families, and practitioners, helping create a culturally open and safe environment. Your responsibilities will include day-to-day operations support and facilitating healthcare access.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage scheduling and registration for clients
• Act as the primary contact for youth and practitioners
• Promote engagement with community and health resources
• Assist in collecting data for program enhancement
• Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive information
Requirements:
• 2+ years experience in office administration
• Familiarity with Indigenous healthcare and community resources
• Excellent command of Microsoft Office and EMR tools
• Outstanding organizational and communication skills
• Criminal record check and vaccination proof required
Utilize your skills to improve access to health services for Indigenous youth at UNYA.
