This full-time, permanent position reports to the Child Safety Office Manager. Key responsibilities include greeting visitors, coordinating couriers, and organizing meeting rooms. Ideal candidates possess strong administrative skills and a commitment to cultural sensitivity and engagement within the Indigenous community.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and direct visitors effectively
• Assist with organizing couriers and meeting rooms
• Provide administrative support to department staff
• Maintain filing systems and office practices
• Use office equipment and computer applications proficiently
Requirements:
• Certificate in an administrative program
• 2-5 years of office experience required
• Knowledge of filing systems and office practices
• Ability to type 50 wpm
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
