Position: Patient Service Coordinator 6-Month Contract
Join Bayshore's Specialty Nursing Services as a Patient Service Coordinator on a 6-month contract. Focus on patient care coordination, service scheduling, and operational efficiency every day.

In this role, you will work under the Patient Services Supervisor to ensure timely scheduling of services while meeting patient care needs. Your responsibilities include handling patient inquiries, documenting service requests, and matching field employees to patient assignments. Staying efficient and patient-centric is key as you engage in ongoing education activities and adhere to company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Document patient inquiries and service requests

• Schedule licensed employees for appropriate patient services

• Maintain accurate scheduling documentation

• Handle patient concerns and complaints promptly

• Ensure compliance with confidentiality and safety guidelines

Requirements:

• Secondary School Diploma required

• Two years customer service experience, preferably healthcare

• Bilingual in English and French preferred

• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills

• Proficient in scheduling software and office equipment
