Position: Executive Assistant Cloud Pharmacy
Become an integral part of Canada Cloud Pharmacy as an Executive Assistant managing diverse tasks with operational expertise. This role involves moderate to high travel across Canada and the U.S.

We are searching for a proactive Executive Assistant with strong organizational skills. You will support executives through calendar management, travel coordination, and team coordination. This position combines traditional executive assistance with operational support, requiring someone adaptable to shifting priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide daily executive support, including calendar and travel management

• Arrange complex domestic and international travel logistics

• Assist in coordinating operations across business functions

• Serve as execution support partner to leadership

• Own internal systems and documentation for consistency

Requirements:

• 5+ years as an Executive Assistant or similar role

• Exposure to operations and project coordination

• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment
