This role focuses on supporting centralized administrative services for cooperative housing clients. You will maintain accurate records, assist with vacancy management, and coordinate member intake processes. Strong organization skills and an eye for detail will be essential as you manage client communications and financial documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain client records, notices, and administrative documentation
• Support vacancy administration and waitlist management
• Prepare forms and correspondence for co-op boards
• Administer housing charge collection and arrears
• Improve efficiency and standardization of services
Requirements:
• Post-secondary diploma or equivalent experience
• At least five years in property administration
• Experience with financial administration processes
• Strong communication and attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
